No Rulez Banda is a funky, romantic, hot, dancing feet band, distilled and bottled in Kentucky. They’ll perform and also feature Leo the Rapper, a multi-faceted creator, hip hop artist, director, editor and animator. Doors open at 7 p.m. Music starts at 8 p.m. $12 cover. Food trucks and bar will be open.
