Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating mindful movement lesson and bourbon tasting.

Learn to listen to your body and find more comfortable ways to move. Mindful movement combines biomechanics, mindfulness, and physiology to improve one’s quality of movement. Improve movement, improve quality of life! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. (Some mats can be provided).

Concludes with a tasting of Wilderness Trail spirits.
