Jennifer Kirchner

Jennifer Kirchner

executive director

When Jennifer and her family moved to Danville in 2012, she was so inspired by the spirit of the community that she changed career paths from biotech research to local advocacy and economic development. That same year, she joined the CVB as executive director.

Jennifer is responsible for marketing local businesses, attractions and events in order to encourage visitors and business travelers to choose Boyle County as a destination. In addition, she works with state and local governments to ensure the county’s tourism efforts are supported and endorsed.

Jamee Peyton

Jamee Peyton

assistant director

Born in the Midwest, Jamee moved to Somerset, Kentucky, at age ten, then to Danville during her high school years. Danville has been her home ever since. Her appreciation for the area’s diverse culture, rich history and sense of community led her to a career with the CVB.

Jamee’s job is to coordinate day-to-day management of the visitor center and to promote tourism and the historical significance of Danville and Boyle County. Her particular emphasis on digital media brings information about the area to a wider audience than ever before.
