Join us as we step back into time and experience a taste of what life was like in Perryville, Kentucky on October 8, 1862. This year, we are excited that Tunnell Mills Pictures, LLC will be performing a live segment from their movie The Private. The film depicts a young woman who disguises herself as a young boy to fight in the Civil War.
Our Menu: For starters, we will serve light hors d 'oeuvres, corn chowder, country ham, turkey, harvested garlic and herb new potatoes, cornbread dressing, gravy, green beans, corn sticks and sourdough bread, tea and lemonade. Topped off with Kentucky bread pudding with bourbon glaze for dessert. All of this for only $25.00.
Tickets must be purchased prior to the event and can be purchased by calling Lisa Bottom at 859-583-9405 or at Farmers National Bank Perryville, Ky. Check, Cash or Credit Card.
Author Fred Edwards will be onsite for the signing and release of his new book "Haunted."
We will also have a large silent auction during the dinner.
