From I-75 South (Cincinnati)
Option 1
- At Lexington take Exit 115 (Newtown Pike) from I-75 South. At end of exit, turn right towards Lexington and go about three miles.
- Turn right onto New Circle Road (Route 4) and go about 4-1/2 miles.
- Exit off New Circle at Highway 27 South (Nicholasville Road) - Go about 20 miles to Kentucky 34
- Take a right on Kentucky 34 to Danville – go about 6 miles
 OPTION 2 (Also to Perryville)
- Take Exit 115 (Newtown Pike) from I-75 South. At end of exit, turn right towards Lexington and go about three miles.
- Turn right onto New Circle Road (Route 4) [following signs to the BG and the airport] and go about 4 ½ miles.
- Take US 60 (Versailles) exit toward the airport
- About 4 miles past the airport take the only exit for Bluegrass Parkway (BG). Drive approximately 9 miles.
- Exit at 127 South (Harrodsburg/Danville) and go about 25 miles to Danville. (If going to Perryville, at the junction of Highways 127 and 150 in Danville, take a right onto Highway 150 and drive 10 miles.)
From I-75 North (Knoxville)
- Take I-75 North to Exit 59 (Mount Vernon/Route 150).
- At end of exit, go left (West) on Route 150 - into Danville (roughly 41 miles).
- Stay on 150 until you get to the 127/150 intersection (Hustonville Road) - turn right into town.
From I-64 East (Louisville)
- Take I-64 East to Exit 48 (Graefenburg-Lawrenceburg/Route 151). Turn right at end of exit.
- Drive approximately 4 miles on Route 151 to Route 127.
- Turn right (South) onto Route 127. This will take you into Danville (roughly a 25-mile drive)
FROM I-65 NORTH (BOWLING GREEN/NASHVILLE)
- From I-65 North take Exit 93 to get onto the Bluegrass Parkway in Elizabethtown
- Take the Bluegrass Parkway to Bardstown and get off on Exit 25 to take 150 East to Perryville/Danville
Optional Directions
- From 1-65 take the Cumberland Parkway East
- At Russell Springs take 127 North to Danville
Blue Grass Airport in Lexington:
- Take a left out of the airport onto Man-o-War Blvd.
- At the stoplight, take a left onto US 60 West - go about 4 miles to the Bluegrass Parkway Exit.
- Take the exit for Bluegrass Parkway (BG). Drive approximately 9 miles and take the 127 South Exit (Harrodsburg-Danville). At the end of the exit, turn right onto Hwy 127 South.
- Take 127 South about 25 miles to Danville.
- Turn into Danville at either the first or second "Welcome to Danville" sign which brings you directly into Centre College.
Louisville International Airport (Standiford Field):
- From the airport take the Watterson Expressway (264) East to I-64 East (Lexington exit).
- Take I-64 East 35 miles to Exit 48 (Graefenburg-Lawrenceburg/Route 151). Turn right.
- Drive approximately 4 miles on Route 151 to Route 127.
- Turn right (South) onto Route 127. This will take you to Danville (roughly a 25-mile drive).
- Turn left into Danville at either the first or second "Welcome to Danville" sign, which will bring you directly to Centre College.
CINCINNATI/NORTHERN KENTUCKY AIRPORT:
- Out of the airport, turn right onto Hwy. 275 East
- Take I-75 South towards Lexington – go about 75 miles
- At Lexington, take Exit 115 (Hwy. 922) from I-75 South. At end of exit, turn right and go about three miles.
- Turn right onto New Circle Road (Route 4). Go about 4-1/2 miles.
- Exit off New Circle at Highway 27 South (Nicholasville Road) - Go about 20 miles to Kentucky 34
- Take a right on Kentucky 34 to Danville – go about 6 miles.
