Meet the Staff

In addition, Jennifer also has advocacy responsibilities with state and local governments to ensure our tourism efforts are supported and endorsed.

She received a bachelors of science in biology from Indiana University Bloomington and spent her early career as a research scientist with biotech and pharmaceutical companies in the Boston and Philadelphia areas.
When Jennifer, her husband Daniel, and her two children, Jacob and Zachary, moved to Danville in 2012, she was so inspired by the spirit and devotedness of the community that she changed career paths, dedicating her professional career to volunteering, advocacy, and economic development in Boyle County. In December 2014, the Kirchner's were thrilled to welcome daughter Beatrice to the family.
